- Orders placed to us through the Scenic New England Collectibles web site, a division of The Cedar Meadow, are shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal with applicable charges, which will be totalled and displayed during the ordering process. Delivery time for items that are in stock should take between 6-9 days on the average unless expedited. During busy periods, such as holiday seasons, that delivery time could be extended as our volume of orders processed increases. Orders are handled as quickly as possible and should not exceed 24 hours for processing. Occasionally shipments may take longer due to inventory shortages or shipping delays; we can not assume that there will not be shipping delays or inventory shortages during busy shipping seasons. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as they become available to us.
- Privacy & Security
- All payment transactions for orders placed on this web site are directed through PayPal. Upon completion of the order process, customers will be directed away from our web site to the PayPal payment processing web site. This ensures that your private personal and payment information is being handled by a proven leader in payment processing. We do not store or process any of your private information!
- Returns & Replacements
- Please notify us at Scenic New England within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please repackage all returns in the original packing materials. We will issue a credit of the amount of the original cost of the item returned, minus any shipping charges. Any item returned must be in saleable condition if it is to be returned, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
For items that are damaged in shipping, or incorrect items that are sent, please notify us at Scenic New England, a division of The Cedar Meadow, to inform us of the problem. Please do not arrange for shipping in these cases before allowing us to assess the situation. - Ordering

- Because we are based in Massachusetts, we are required to assess a 5% sales tax on your order. We will ship to any United States address (no PO Boxes, please). We accept any payment method available through PayPal; all payment transactions are directed through PayPal. This ensures that your private personal and payment information is being handled by a proven leader in payment processing. We do not store or process any of your private information!
