At Scenic New England (a division of The Cedar Meadow), we specialize in providing our customers with gift ideas and collectibles featuring the beautiful scenery of New England and the northeast United States. Images featured on our photo collectibles range from scenes of remote locations and wilderness beauty to scenes of populated cities and the energy they hold. We try to offer images from all walks of life in New England, from capitol cities to mountain villages to coastal fishing communities. From summer meadows to fall foliage to winter white-outs. Whatever you hold as your fondest memory from a visit to the northeast, we want to bring you back to that time and place every time you use or display one of our scenic collectibles.

We do business under the name of The Cedar Meadow. This web site is titled Scenic New England and is our online store depicting our scenic photo collectible product line. Important: Scenic New England is not the name of the business that is responsible for any transaction made on this web site; The Cedar Meadow is. Our home offices are based in central Massachusetts. Our suppliers are based throughout the country, and we use as many suppliers as is necessary to bring our customers the best quality and the best prices in the items we offer. All images depicted on our collectible items are from our own photographers and are not taken from other photography sources.

Payment Options:

Because we are based in Massachusetts, we are required to assess a 5% sales tax on your order. We will ship to any United States address (no PO Boxes, please). We accept any payment method available through PayPal; all payment transactions are directed through PayPal. This ensures that your private personal and payment information is being handled by a proven leader in payment processing. We do not store or process any of your private information!

Order Handling:

Orders placed to us through the Scenic New England Collectibles web site are shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal with applicable charges, which will be totaled and displayed during the ordering process. Delivery time for items that are in stock should take between 6-9 days on the average unless expedited. During busy periods, such as holiday seasons, that delivery time could be extended as our volume of orders processed increases. Orders are handled as quickly as possible and should not exceed 24 hours for processing. Occasionally shipments may take longer due to inventory shortages or shipping delays; we can not assume that there will not be shipping delays or inventory shortages during busy shipping seasons. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as they become available to us.

Customer Satisfaction and Returns Policy:

We at Scenic New England and The Cedar Meadow want to ensure that you, as a customer, are 100% satisfied with your purchase and with your shopping experience. To that end, we accept returns as outlined below:

* Please notify us at Scenic New England within 7 days of receiving your merchandise if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please repackage all returns in the original packing materials. We will issue a credit of the amount of the original cost of the item returned, minus any shipping charges. Any item returned must be in saleable condition if it is to be returned, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

* For items that are damaged in shipping, or incorrect items that are sent, please notify us at Scenic New England to notify us of the problem. Please do not arrange for shipping in these cases; instead, allow us to arrange for the item(s) to be picked up.
